Another Intel® Atom™ Single Board Computer from Evoc Intelligent Technology.

ec5-1812.jpgThe EC5-1812CLDNA is a 5,25” form factor Single Board Computer based on the Intel® Atom™ N230 1.6 Ghz CPU with a 533MHz FSB and 1 GByte of DDRII DRAM. The chipset consists of the Intel® 82945GSE Graphics Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) and Intel® I/O Controller Hub 7-M (ICH7-M). It delivers outstanding system performance and flexibility through high-bandwidth interfaces such as PCI Express, PCI, Serial ATA, and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connectivity.

Because of the low power consumption the board operate without any additional cooling. Fanless design can reduce the overall power consumption by 20%.

The board cane be deployed in rugged environments. It can resist the impact of 3.5G with 50000 hours of MTTF.

The onboard Gigabit Ethernet Controller provides great networking experience.

It supports two high-speed serial SATA II hard disk ports, with simple architecture, hot-swap support, improving the reliability of data transmitting and storage. It supports bus extension for PCI and PCI-Express, which can fulfill customers’ requirements for multifunctional modules. The state-of-the-art expansion bus technology PCI-Express is offering a longer product life cycle.
